UiPath Developer
is responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of RPA bots to seamlessly interact with multiple applications, while leading automation initiatives across various business processes to enhance operational efficiency. This role also involves supporting teams in the creation and maintenance of detailed process documentation and overseeing automation projects to ensure compliance with governance and security requirements.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Lead the End-to-End automation and successful implementation of new RPA Processes.


• Maintain a strong relationship with all CCH entities in delivering a high-quality automation strategy plan.


• Act as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions.


• Maintain team and cross functional relationships


• Support SMEs and Process Owners with creating and maintaining process designs and documentation


• Participate in defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.


• Define new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.


• Actively involved in Automation process initiatives, both improvements and scope expansion.


• Come up with proposals concerning the standardization and improvement of BSO and Coca-Cola Hellenic's Business Processes


• Ensure that all relevant Process Design Document and Process flows materials are complete and aligned with automation


• Govern and maintain automations to ensure stability and quality of performance


• Take action to remedy unexpected trends, issues in a timely manner and when appropriate escalates to management


• Ensure all automation solutions are in compliance with security standards Deliver business efficiency and quality via automation


• Continuously improve automations to optimize performance


• Develops and configures automation processes as per the Process design document (PDD) to meet the defined requirements.


• Report status, issues and risks to RPA lead on a regular basis.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?


• University degree in Technical or any equivalent degree.


• Strong knowledge and experience with ERP, preferably SAP, VBA, Advanced Excel is essential.


• 4 years of experience working with databases, ERP, analytic tools, preferably gained in a fast moving, large, multinational environment.


• 1+ years of experience using UiPath or another RPA solution is a must, UiPath Certification is a big plus.


• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Previous experience with MS Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus.


• Experience in any of the programming languages like C#, VB.NET and Python is a plus.


• Experience with SQL DB (all types) is also an advantage.


• Knowledge of process design and experience in creating and managing technical documents (operating procedures, flexible procedures, etc).


• Understanding of workflow-based logic, ability to interpret a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution.


• Past involvement in improvement projects requiring multi-functional team working is an advantage.


• Evidence of extensive experience of service delivery to internal and external customers within SPA's.


• Industry experience in Process Manufacturing and/or FMCG.


• Experience of a Shared Services environment or at least a multi-site business.
