Junior Assistant
to join our team and support the Managing Director in daily operations, while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and inspiring environment.

The Role

As a Junior Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support, helping ensure the smooth running of daily activities. Your responsibilities will include:

·      Assisting with scheduling, coordination of meetings, and travel arrangements.

·      Managing correspondence and maintaining organized records and files.

·      Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.

·      Helping with event organization and internal coordination.

·      Providing general administrative support to the management team.

·      Handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

·      Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

·      Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

·      Strong command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

·      Good knowledge of MS Office and digital collaboration tools.

·      Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
