THE ROLE

The Social Media & Content Manager owns how AVORÉ SMILE shows up across social platforms and how that presence supports wider marketing and growth.

This role blends creative judgement, campaign thinking, influencer coordination, and performance awareness. You will shape social content, support campaigns, work with creators, and ensure everything published is on-brand, compliant, and intentional.

You do not need to arrive as a finished expert. Training is provided, and curiosity is valued. We actively support team members who want to develop skills across analytics, campaign strategy, and platform tools.

This is not a role for passive posting.

It is a role for people who want to understand why content works and help shape what comes next.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Own and manage AVORÉ SMILE's social media presence
• Plan and execute content and campaign calendars
• Coordinate influencers, creators, and partners
• Support marketing events and brand activations
• Ensure all content is on-brand, compliant, and aligned with company standards
• Use performance insights to refine creative direction and messaging
• Learn and work with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, social analytics, and TikTok
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams
• Continuously test, learn, and improve content performance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience managing social media for consumer, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Strong creative judgement and cultural awareness
• Interest in performance, analytics, and optimisation
• Comfortable working with influencers and external contributors
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable owning responsibility
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Based in Greece with full legal right to live and work
• Marketing-related degree is an advantage, not essential

At AVORÉ SMILE, ability and execution matter more than credentials.

HOW WE WORK

• 100% remote within Greece
• Mandatory in-person training in Athens or Thessaloniki
• Optional or role-dependent brand events across Greece
• Paid travel and accommodation for required events

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• €24,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
• Full-time, permanent Greek employment contract (IKA)
• 3-month probation period
