What you'll do

As the IT Lead, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for Fiber2all's IT strategy, operations, and compliance. In this senior stand-alone role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale IT initiatives, with particular focus on enterprise software implementations (BSS/OSS), cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. You will also act as IT senior point of reference of Fiber2all in front of external authorities and partners, ensuring adherence to national and EU regulations (ADAE, GDPR, cybersecurity frameworks).

•    Define and drive Fiber2all's IT roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business strategy

•    Provide oversight and leadership for the design and implementation of enterprise-grade IT solutions (CRM/Siebel, Billing/BRM, SAP, OSS/BSS platforms)

•    Develop, present, and manage IT budgets, including capital allocation, vendor negotiations, and cost estimation models

•    Act as Fiber2all's primary liaison with ADAE and other regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with confidentiality, security, and integrity obligations in electronic communications

•    Establish, monitor, and enforce cybersecurity policies, including risk management, DLP measures, and incident response procedures

•    Represent IT topics at senior management and board level, translating technical requirements into clear business outcomes

Who you are


•    8+ years of professional experience in IT, with at least 4 years in senior roles overseeing large-scale enterprise IT programs

•    Experience with BSS/OSS systems (CRM/Siebel, Billing/BRM, SAP) and telecommunications IT portfolios

•    Knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance

•    Strong sense of ownership in driving end-to-end IT project delivery, ideally in telecommunications, technology, or other highly regulated industries.

•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to connect the dots to drive impactful results
