Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant located in Pikermi, Attica. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for posting accounting entries, monitoring and posting expense reports, monitoring and updating operational files, invoicing (as a backup role), utilizing accounting software, performing general accounting tasks, and maintaining bookkeeping records. Daily tasks will include supporting the finance team in various accounting functions, reconciling records i.e. banks, suppliers and ad hoc tasks will be assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in general Accounting practices
• Knowledge in using Accounting Software will be additionally evaluated
• Solid understanding of Finance and Bookkeeping
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of mydata application will be evaluated
• Knowledge of basic IT technical issues
