Our Story

Empiria Group, owns, manages, and operates a unique collection of luxury hotels and villas, members of The Luxury Collection and Design Hotels of Marriott International, located in prime destinations around Greece, namely in Santorini, Paros and Peloponnese.

Role Overview

A steward assists in keeping a restaurant, bar, or lounge clean and sanitary, also helps in cleaning dishes, and tends to customers' needs.

Key duties and responsibilities

· Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and staff canteen areas

· Cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

· Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies

· Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations

· Providing responsive customer service and support

Requirements

· Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, preferably in a hotel setting

· Ability to work efficiently under pressure

· Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

· Good communication skills

· Flexibility in working hours and shifts
