We are currently seeking candidates for the position of
Customer Experience Specialist
for our stores in Athens.


Key Responsibilities


• Welcoming and assisting members in the gym


• Managing phone calls and emails to ensure immediate support


• Promoting memberships and services to new and existing members


• Handling financial transactions and daily cash procedures


• Maintaining and organizing files


• Managing and monitoring the cash register


• Providing information and giving tours to prospective members regarding our services


Required Qualifications


• Graduate of University or Technical Institute, (ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ)


• Previous experience in a similar front desk or administrative role will be an asset.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Very good knowledge of the English language


• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office


• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
