Sleed, an e-business digital marketing agency with 15 years of field experience, awarded for the 4th time as e-business and e-commerce agency of the year, 250+ industry awards, premier partnerships with Google, Meta & TikTok, is looking to fill a mid-level position for a Performance-oriented Digital Media Specialist. We're looking for someone with strong digital marketing expertise, a passion for performance, and deep understanding of digital media to manage and optimize campaigns for leading e-commerce brands in Greece.ResponsibilitiesSet clear performance goals aligned with the client's business and marketing objectivesOwn the structure, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo, etc.)Allocate and supervise performance-related tasks for a small team (1–2 people), ensuring proper prioritization and workload balanceApply advanced performance marketing skills: bid management, campaign structure, feed optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, tracking, and reportingEnsure campaigns follow best practices, are properly set up, and are routinely optimized for efficiency and KPIsCreate performance reports using analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio), demonstrating RoAS and actionable insightsProvide expert consultation to clients on digital tools and strategyStay up-to-date with performance marketing trends and share knowledge, learnings, and ideas with the teamFoster a collaborative, positive work environment and support cross-functional team goalsReport directly to the Digital Media & Growth ManagerRequirements Be a Sleeder: Our Values are 1) Ownership 2) Adaptability 3) Resilience 4) Positivity 5) Human Passion Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping/PMax, Video) and Meta AdsExperience in e-commerce performance marketingPractical knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including advanced features (Exploration, Custom Reports)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExcellent attention to detail and sense of ownershipPassion for learning and performance-driven marketingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills in Greek & EnglishProficiency in Google Sheets and Google Looker StudioGoogle Ads & Google Analytics CertificationsProficiency with Microsoft/Google productivity toolsNice to Have:Experience handling large budgets (> €20,000/month/account).Experience with international campaigns.Basic understanding of CRO/UX principles.Basic knowledge of SEO.Ability to evaluate tracking setups via Google Tag ManagerBenefitsJoin one of the most awarded media/performance teams in Greece and work on major industry projects.Continuous training and development supportCompetitive salary based on skills and experienceClear career development pathwaysHybrid work model (2–3 remote days/week) #LI-Hybrid Alterlife exclusive subscription deals.Private health insurance.Special customer discountsDog-friendly office spaceSleed welcome pack ("Sleed goody bag")*All data will be handled with strict confidentiality and will be used for recruitment purposes
