ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to drive technical excellence and build high-quality, user-facing features. You will take strong ownership of frontend architecture and delivery, and collaborate closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders to ship scalable solutions.

This role is a blend of hands-on engineering and architectural ownership. You'll help the team deliver maintainable, high-performance applications with our stack - React, Redux (RTK, RTK-Query), TypeScript, Vite, Storybook, and a robust design system - while championing best practices, testing, performance, accessibility, and AI-assisted tools to improve developer efficiency and product quality.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

• Define and evolve the frontend architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring applications are scalable, maintainable, and performant.
• Participate in full-stack architectural discussions that connect the frontend with APIs, backend systems, and infrastructure considerations.
• Build and maintain features using React, Redux, TypeScript, and Vite, following modern best practices.
• Ensure a consistent user experience through the design system and Storybook.
• Champion testing, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Drive innovation by introducing and promoting AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, AI testing tools) and modern workflows that enhance developer efficiency and product quality.
• Contribute to improving team processes using Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Balance technical priorities, product goals, and delivery timelines effectively in collaboration with product and engineering partners.

Requirements

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE 

Required: 

• 6+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong expertise in React, Redux, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
• Experience with design systems, component-driven development, and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Comfortable engaging in backend and architectural discussions to shape full-stack solutions
• Familiarity with Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools for development or product innovation
   

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, or cloud-native environments
• Knowledge of performance optimization in large-scale React apps
• Contributions to open-source frontend frameworks or design systems
• Experience integrating AI/ML features into customer-facing applications
