Purpose of Role/Summary:
We're looking for an Art Director with the vision and skill to create bold, intelligent design that moves people to feel, trust, and act. You understand that great design is not decoration but a balance of function, purpose, and style, using it to guide attention, simplify the complex, and transform every touchpoint into a meaningful moment. With thought and sophistication, you know how to position a brand through creativity rather than clichés, and you recognize how functional techniques can elevate marketing across the funnel. In this role, you'll help build a world-class fintech brand that feels fresh, trusted, and iconic, collaborating across content, social, PR, digital marketing, and sales to bring campaigns to life. Whether producing fast-turn A/B tests or designing end-to-end marketing campaigns, you bring both precision and passion.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Create exceptional marketing design that drives emotion, action, and credibility across digital and physical channels
- Design for social, web, campaigns, events, activations, and more, all while keeping the brand sharp and consistent
- Collaborate with writers, marketers, and talent to deliver creative work that performs
- Turn strategy into design that guides the eye, elevates messages, and influences behaviour
- Evolve and elevate the brand look and feel through experimentation and polish
- Contribute to the development of a scalable design system that ensure quality and cohesion
- Push every piece of creative to stand out and make an impact
- Inspire creative thinking across the company by championing design education, leading collaborative workshops, and mentoring marketing teams on visual storytelling
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 to 12 years of experience in marketing and digital design, ideally with performance-driven or fast-growing brands
- A portfolio that blends taste and technique with results and creativity
- A deep understanding of layout, hierarchy, and how design solves problems
- Experience working across platforms and formats, from short-form content to big campaigns
- English fluency is essential, both written and spoken
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Based in Cyprus or willing to relocate
- Background in fintech, trading, or tech-driven consumer brands will be desirable but not essential
- Skills in motion design, UI design, or campaign-level art direction
- Experience in event, environmental, and booth design will be considered an advantage

- The role is in Limassol, Cyprus
