Event Producer-Organizer
to oversee and execute live conferences and special projects. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding events, strong coordination skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flawless delivery of live or hybrid events
  • End-to-end project management: scheduling, budget management
  • Supplier coordination and collaboration with internal teams, ensuring seamless integration of digital components
  • Developing and managing timelines, risk registers, and status reports to ensure events run on schedule
  • Budget ownership, managing purchase orders and issuing invoices
  • Cross-department collaboration to ensure all stakeholders contribute effectively to event delivery and meet project objectives

Requirements

  • Significant experience as an Event Producer, specifically in producing live conferences and managing event budgets of all sizes
  • Excellent understanding of all event disciplines: event & delegate management, technical services, digital media, video, production, and print
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly collaborative and experienced in working across multiple disciplines
  • Agile, adaptive, and able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
