Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for an International Credit Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales process for mortgage loans by working closely with customers and internal teams.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, Branch Network teams, and External Network Partners to provide updates and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Assist customers by explaining mortgage products clearly and helping them understand different options, regulations, and basic tax considerations across countries.
  • Track and follow up on loan applications to ensure they meet standards, while learning how to review financial and legal documents.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by offering helpful, tailored solutions and guidance throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Network and External Network Partners to help grow the customer base and develop professional networks.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Legal Studies will be preferred.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
