FTTH Deployment Technician
We are seeking a multidisciplinary professional, capable of working both in the technical office and on site, to take part in all phases of FTTH deployment design and validation in Greece-from the initial design through to the final layout and adjustments following field work.

The role requires a solid technical background in FTTH networks, experience with GIS tools, practical knowledge of field installations, and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment

Main duties
Design of FTTH networks in GIS environments (QGIS, ArcGIS, Keycom, Dowisp or other similar platforms).

Preparation and review of:

- Network plans.
- Splicing charts.
- Equipment and materials lists (BOM). Knowledge of active and passive materials.
- AS BUILT documentation.
Interpretation and validation of existing designs.

Experience or practical knowledge of field work.

Carrying out field surveys and stakeouts to validate designs and detect necessary modifications.

Coordination between the technical office and the field to ensure the actual feasibility of designs.

Technical analysis of deployment solutions, optimising layouts, equipment and material locations.

Technical support during the execution phase and resolution of design issues.

Technical communication with international teams, customers and external collaborators

Proven experience in FTTH network design.

Languages

  • English: minimum level B2 (essential). A test will be administered.
  • Spanish and/or Greek: professional level (essential).

Other requirements

  • Residence in Greece or immediate availability to reside and work in the country.
  • Availability to travel within Greece.
  • Autonomy, responsibility, and ability to adapt to international environments.
