This is a role where accuracy meets empathy: you'll help keep our HR processes running seamlessly while being a trusted point of contact for everyday HR matters.

Qualifications

We'd love to hear from you if you bring the following — and we're equally happy to help you grow into the rest:

  • Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or in a similar administrative role would be welcome, but it's not required
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is appreciated but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and general PC literacy
  • Familiarity with Greek labor legislation and the ERGANI platform will be considered a plus, but it's not a prerequisite — we'll support you in learning what you need to succeed
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and support updates in ERGANI (new hires, terminations, schedule changes, overtime, etc.)
  • Organize and maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Keep internal databases up to date (sick leaves, maternity leaves, absences, etc.)
  • Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset
  • Provide timely and accurate support to both internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate closely with the payroll team, sharing all relevant employee data efficiently
