Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Horizon EDF Eraasmus Writer and Project Manager based in Khalándrion, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves end-to-end project management, grant writing, and proposal drafting within the EU Horizon Europe and EDF frameworks. The responsibilities include coordinating and managing project timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, producing high-quality proposals, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in grant writing, proposal development, and technical writing for EU Horizon Europe and EDF programs
  • Proven expertise in project management, strategic planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to gather, assess, and incorporate relevant information
  • Effective communication, editing, and proofreading abilities
  • Knowledge of the High-Tech, Telecom, Defence, and/or Security sectors is an asset
  • Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with EU funding frameworks
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields such as Engineering, Business, Communications, or similar disciplines
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is considered a plus
