Role Overview

As a Penetration Tester at Mind The Hack, you will work at the core of our offensive security team, conducting advanced real-world attack simulations and identifying critical vulnerabilities across complex infrastructures. You will develop and maintain exploitation modules for our automated pentesting platform, validate security weaknesses through hands-on exploitation, and contribute to new offensive techniques. This role is ideal for experts who think like attackers and want to shape the next generation of automated penetration testing.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in information systems.
  • Simulate sophisticated cyber attacks to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable insights for risk mitigation.
  • Design, implement and maintain attack modules for our automated pentesting platform.
  • Research and develop new offensive techniques and reliable exploit/PoC code.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to refine security measures and response strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest security threats and testing technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking.
  • Advanced knowledge of network security, encryption practices, and modern web architectures.
  • Proficiency with penetration testing tools and techniques.
  • Responsible disclosure experience and understanding of ethical hacking/legal boundaries.
  • Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP or similar.
  • Experience with scripting and automation is considered a plus.
