Senior Technical Salesforce Consultant

As a Senior Technical Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d), you'll design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll take ownership of the technical delivery of complex requirements and shape sustainable system architectures — working closely with both internal and client teams.

Your mission

Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions — from architecture and development to go-liveDevelop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows and perform code reviewAdvise business and functional stakeholders on technical possibilities, platform limitations, and best practicesDesign and implement integrations, interfaces, and technical architecturesCollaborate closely with project managers and client teams, contributing your technical perspective to architectural and implementation decisions

Your profile

Proven experience of 3-7 years in a consulting firm or in industry-focused CRM projectsProven experience in technical solution designExcellent knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and security conceptsExtensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations)Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex technical challengesExperience in creating technical designs and solution documentation, including support with user story creationExcellent knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management strategiesMust have Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, and Architect Certifications)Additional Salesforce certifications considered a plus (Administrator, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Identity and Access Management Architect)High sense of ownership, team spirit, and a passion for continuous learning and improvementExcellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
