Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program in Greece – designed to fast-track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world's most renowned FMCG brands.
About The Program
The Global Graduate Program is a three-year journey consisting of three six-month rotations, followed by an 18-month landing role within Athenian Brewery in Athens, Greece.
- Rotation 1: Start at Athenian Brewery, gaining a solid foundation in your chosen function while understanding our operations, strategy, and culture.
- Rotation 2: Take on a cross-functional assignment in Greece, broadening your business perspective and learning how different departments connect.
- Rotation 3: Expand your horizons with an international assignment within the HEINEKEN network, enhancing your global mindset and adaptability.
- Landing Role: Apply everything you've learned in a management position in Greece, contributing to business growth and driving impact.

- Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's an asset).
- Experience: Recent graduate (up to 1-year post-graduation).
- Languages: Fluency in English and Greek.
- Work Rights: Legal right to work in Greece.
- Mobility: Flexibility for international assignments.
Upon completing the program, you will step into a management role in Greece or potentially another HEINEKEN operating company worldwide. With ongoing development programs, your journey as a leader of tomorrow will continue well beyond graduation.
