Maintenance & Operations Supervisor
για να εξασφαλίσει την συνεχή, ασφαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία των κτηριακών μας εγκαταστάσεων.

Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα φροντίζει για την διασφάλιση της αδιάλειπτης λειτουργίας, ασφάλειας και συμμόρφωσης όλων των κτηριακών υποδομών (στούντιο, Control Rooms, γραφεία, αποθήκες, Data/Tech Rooms) μέσω προληπτικής/διορθωτικής συντήρησης, ενεργειακής βελτιστοποίησης και αποτελεσματικού συντονισμού εσωτερικών ομάδων και εξωτερικών συνεργείων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες :

  • Εποπτεύει και συντονίζει τις ομάδες συντήρησης (ηλεκτρολόγοι, μηχανικοί, τεχνικοί εγκαταστάσεων).
  • Διασφαλίζει την ορθή λειτουργία και έλεγχο των συστημάτων υποστήριξης (ρεύμα, φωτισμός, κλιματισμός, πυρασφάλεια, UPS, γεννήτριες, BMS).
  • Οργανώνει και παρακολουθεί το πρόγραμμα προληπτικής και διορθωτικής συντήρησης των εγκαταστάσεων και εξοπλισμού.
  • Ελέγχει την ορθή εκτέλεση των εργασιών από εσωτερικές και εξωτερικές ομάδες (εργολάβους, συνεργεία).
  • Παρακολουθεί το απόθεμα ανταλλακτικών και υλικών και μεριμνά για την έγκαιρη προμήθειά τους.
  • Διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανόνες ασφάλειας, υγείας και περιβάλλοντος.
  • Συντονίζει τις τεχνικές ενέργειες σε περιπτώσεις εκτάκτων αναγκών ή βλαβών, εξασφαλίζοντας άμεση αποκατάσταση.
  • Συνεργάζεται με τα τμήματα παραγωγής και λειτουργίας των studio για την κάλυψη των λειτουργικών τους αναγκών.
  • Ελέγχει την ενεργειακή κατανάλωση και εισηγείται βελτιώσεις για αποδοτικότερη λειτουργία.
  • Προετοιμάζει αναφορές και τεχνικά δελτία για τη Διοίκηση σχετικά με τη συντήρηση, τις εργασίες και το κόστος λειτουργίας.
  • Συμμετέχει σε έργα αναβάθμισης ή ανακαίνισης των εγκαταστάσεων και στον σχεδιασμό νέων τεχνικών λύσεων.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα :

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου, Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού ή Δομικών Έργων (Πολυτεχνική Σχολή) & άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος.
  • 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε παρόμοιο ρόλο (βιομηχανικό, κατασκευαστικό, data center ή media/broadcast περιβάλλον).
  • Ισχυρή γνώση προληπτικής συντήρησης και troubleshooting σε κτηριακά Η/Μ (HVAC, UPS/Η/Ζ, BMS/SCADA, πυρασφάλεια).
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, οργάνωση, προτεραιοποίηση & τήρηση προθεσμιών· προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα.
  • Άριστη επικοινωνία & ηγεσία· ικανότητα συντονισμού ομάδων και εξωτερικών συνεργατών.
  • Κριτική σκέψη & δημιουργική επίλυση προβλημάτων· προσαρμοστικότητα και γρήγορη μάθηση.
  • Εμπειρία με CMMS, ανάγνωση σχεδίων (π.χ. AutoCAD), βασικό cost control (OPEX/CAPEX).
  • Άριστα Ελληνικά & Αγγλικά (γραπτά/προφορικά).
  • Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (όπου απαιτείται) & δίπλωμα οδήγησης.
