Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
  • Experience in Sales and Forecasting.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, or Business development, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working in the Gaming industry.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.

As an Industry Manager, you will be expected to have strong Google Ads knowledge and experience. You will be a star performer with a creative, consultative selling mindset and with an ability to build and maintain strong C-level relationships. You will be the driving channel of the growth and sales strategy.

In this role, you will be brainstorming, developing and refining compelling, customized growth plans for our customers and delivering them with high quality. You will play a critical role identifying the biggest strategic opportunities for Google and will be responsible for the success of multiple high impact internal and external initiatives.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.



Responsibilities
  • Drive and deliver a strong business strategy, manage the pipeline, actively sell and pitch Google Ads solutions. Be responsible for quarterly forecasting and achievement of sales goals.
  • Deep knowledge of the iGaming industry, customers' business models and industries, understand the engaged landscape, client products and key business challenges and opportunities that affect the client's growth.
  • Provide leadership, decision-making frameworks, analytic and measurement guidance and business judgment to drive projects and deliver business growth to customers. Advocate digital media and act as a thought leader at industry conferences and workshops.
