The role:

As an
Implementation Manager
, you will lead end-to-end SaaS platform implementations for demanding enterprise and B2B clients with asset portfolios and multi-stakeholder environments. You'll be the trusted partner guiding organizations through the adoption of our AI-powered solution, ensuring that every implementation delivers measurable value and operational transformation.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation, perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges and taking a leadership position in key client projects.

What will you do:

• Own the delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS implementations for B2B clients such as institutional investors, servicers, banks, funds, REITs, and developers.
• Analyze client requirements and map key processes to design optimized solutions using our SaaS platform, AI automation, data models, and workflow engines.
• Configure platform modules and support analysis of the technical integrations (APIs, SSO, data pipelines, external systems).
• Run workshops, training sessions, demos, and onboarding plans tailored to diverse organizational roles.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and project communications across internal and external teams.
• Provide pre-implementation consulting, hands-on support during rollout, and continuous improvement post-go-live.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to bring client requirements and market insights into platform evolution.
• Contribute to Prosperty's ambition to lead the next wave of enterprise PropTech and AI-enabled real estate transformation.

What skills do you need to have:

• University Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
• 3–5 years experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise delivery, client success, consulting, or technical account management.
• Ability to navigate B2B environments with multiple stakeholders and structured governance.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Technical understanding of APIs, workflows, data structures, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, innovation-driven setting.
