Καθήκοντα & αρμοδιότητες

  • Παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση των διαδικασιών της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας (προμήθειες, αποθέματα, διανομή).
  • Έλεγχος και βελτιστοποίηση των αποθεμάτων, με στόχο την αποφυγή ελλείψεων ή υπεραποθεματοποίησης.
  • Σύνταξη αναφορών και δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs) για την αξιολόγηση της αποτελεσματικότητας.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Παραγωγής, Πωλήσεων και Οικονομικών για την ευθυγράμμιση των αναγκών.
  • Συμμετοχή σε projects βελτιστοποίησης και ψηφιοποίησης διαδικασιών supply chain.
  • Εξασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τις εσωτερικές πολιτικές και τους κανονισμούς.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Logistics ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2–3 ετών σε ρόλο Supply Chain / Controlling (ιδανικά σε φαρμακευτικό ή συναφές περιβάλλον).
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης δεδομένων και χρήσης εργαλείων reporting (π.χ. Excel, ERP συστήματα).
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, λεπτομέρεια και αναλυτική σκέψη.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε φαρμακοβιομηχανία ή κλάδο υγείας ζώων.
  • Γνώση συστημάτων SAP ή άλλων advanced ERP.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης projects.
