Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Halandri, Athens for an Apple Device Technician at iSystem Greece. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Apple products, software, and hardware.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Technical Support
- macOS & iOS Hardware - Software Troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Apple products and technology
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Relevant certifications or technical qualifications are a plus
