- At least 3 years of relevant experience in luxury restaurants/bars with a 150 people capacity (is mandatory).
- Fluent in Greek and English. Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent results.
