Requirements

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο τουριστικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής και της ελληνικής γλώσσας
  • Επιθυμητή η γνώση δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας (γαλλικών, γερμανικών)/ η γνώση ρωσικών θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέσησε μεγάλες ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες 5 αστέρων ή διετής εμπειρία σε θέση shift leader
  • Απαραίτητη η γνώση του συστήματος Opera και η χρήση Η/Υ
  • Ευγένεια, ευχάριστη και φιλική προσωπικότητα, προσανατολισμένη στην εξυπηρέτηση και την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη
  • Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας
  • Προσεγμένη εμφάνιση
