IFLY is seeking qualified professionals to join our Flight Standards Department to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and continuous improvement of flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with national aviation authority and EASA standards.

Develop, maintain, and update the airline's operations manuals and procedures.

Liaise with civil aviation authority regarding operational approvals and regulatory compliance.

Provide subject matter expertise in flight operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Airline professional background would be preferable

Knowledge of EASA, ICAO, and local aviation regulations (HCAA)

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
