Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual development of our brand across all platforms — from digital campaigns to product visuals and e-commerce content. You'll work closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure consistency, creativity, and high standards in all design outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee visual content for the website, social media, newsletters, and online campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all digital and print channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and sales.
  • Work on seasonal campaigns, packaging, and store visual materials when needed.
  • Manage external creatives and freelancers when necessary.
  • Understand and follow performance-based design principles for e-commerce.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio focused on retail and/or e-commerce.
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in digital design (web, mobile, social media).
  • Understanding of e-commerce needs and performance-driven creative.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
  • Eye for detail, aesthetics, and consistency.
  • Bonus: Basic motion graphics or video editing knowledge.
