Job Purpose

We are looking for a result-driven
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
, for our plant at Oinofyta, to join our Maintenance team and assist in achieving our growth targets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Solve any mechanical maintenance issue that results in production delays
  • Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on all plant's equipment
  • Monitor and control maintenance cost
  • Contribute to the improvement of department's KPIs
  • Support continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking material stock to determine inventory
  • Create instruction and documentation for the use and maintenance of equipment
  • Participate in the installation of new machinery
  • Improve health and safety procedures

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in the field of Mechanical / Marine / Aeronautical Engineering (5 years degree)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial environment
  • Proficient in English language
  • Good level of IT skills (Microsoft office, AutoCAD/ Inventor) will be considered a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
