Role Description

This is a remote, project-basis role for a Software Developer
(Python or PHP Backend + Modern Frontend)
. The Full-stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, both on the front-end and back-end.

Specifically, for the project that we are currently handling, we're upgrading our internal Asset Management System (mechanical equipment), and we're looking for a skilled developer to help modernize both backend and frontend components.

You'll work on a real-world system with business-critical impact — and get to leave your mark on a meaningful digital transformation project.

Tech Stack (Current & Future)

  • Backend: Python (Flask or FastAPI) or PHP (Laravel or Symfony)
  • Frontend: Rebuilding with React or Vue + Bootstrap
  • Database: MariaDB / MySQL
  • DevOps: Git, Docker, CI/CD

What you will do?

  • Maintain and extend backend (Python or PHP)
  • Redesign the frontend with React or Vue
  • Build REST APIs and CRM integrations
  • Implement RBAC, audit trail, and notifications
  • Develop KPI dashboards and reports
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements

What You Bring?

  • Solid backend experience with Python or PHP
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on with React or Vue
  • Comfortable with databases and DevOps basics
  • A builder's mindset — clean code, scalable design

Nice to Have


• Testing (Pytest, PHPUnit, Jest)


• Charting , )


• Familiarity with RBAC, audit logging in enterprise apps
