Assistant Manager

Καθήκοντα και αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διασφαλίζει την πλήρη συμμόρφωση με τις διαδικασίες λειτουργίας, τις πολιτικές, και τα πρότυπα υπηρεσιών του ξενοδοχείου (brand Sol by Meliá)
  • Βοηθά στον συντονισμό όλων των τμημάτων του ξενοδοχείου, φροντίζοντας για την ομαλή συνεργασία μεταξύ τους, με στόχο το βέλτιστο επίπεδο υπηρεσιών, εξυπηρέτησης και φιλοξενίας στους επισκέπτες του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Παρακολουθεί και επιθεωρεί συστηματικά τους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου και αναφέρει οποιαδήποτε θέματα στον Διευθυντή του ξενοδοχείου
  • Συμμετέχει με τον Διευθυντή του ξενοδοχείου στην επιλογή του προσωπικού σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα HR και στην αξιολόγησή του.
  • Συμμετέχει στις τακτικές ενημερώσεις και συναντήσεις με όλους τους επικεφαλής των τμημάτων και βοηθά στην επίλυση εσωτερικών ζητημάτων όπου αυτά προκύπτουν.
  • Αναφέρει τυχόν θέματα/γεγονότα/περιστατικά, βάσει διαδικασιών, στον Διευθυντή του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Ενημερώνεται για τους δείκτες πωλήσεων και των λειτουργικών δαπανών εντός εγκεκριμένων προϋπολογισμών που ορίζονται από τη διοίκηση και προτείνει διορθωτικές ενέργειες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε 4* ξενοδοχεία
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών
  • Καλή γνώση γερμανικών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση υπολογιστών (MS Office, email, internet)
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και επικοινωνίας
  • Άριστες διοικητικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Ικανότητα στην επίλυση προβλημάτων
  • Συνέπεια και οργάνωση
  • Ακεραιότητα και εμπιστευτικότητα, ισχυρή εργασιακή ηθική
