ERS Business Unit distributes and exclusively represents in the Greek market global-leading vendors in sustainable energy technologies, offering a complete portfolio for electrification, renewable energy and storage solutions. The product range includes EV chargers, RES and PV inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and electric propulsion systems.

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for ERS Business Unit, to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development activities in line with BU strategy, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Focus on EV chargers as the core business, while expanding BESS, PV/RES inverters and electric propulsion product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, consultants and system integrators for large-scale private and public projects.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, tender monitoring, networking and direct outreach.
  • Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver technical-commercial presentations, proposals and offers tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure competitive product positioning and support joint business development activities.
  • Provide input on pricing, tender preparation, commercial terms and negotiation strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and conferences to enhance market presence.
  • Monitor industry regulations, funding schemes and technology developments in electrification, renewable energy and storage.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term business partnerships.
  • Reporting to the Business Unit Manager

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (mandatory).
  • MBA or Master's degree in Renewable Energy Sources (considered an asset).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in energy sector.
  • Proven track record in working with EPCs, contractors and public/private tenders.
  • Solid technical knowledge of EV chargers, BESS, PV inverters and electric propulsion products.
  • Strong understanding of electrification and renewable energy market trends, technologies and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow accounts in competitive markets.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to translate market insights into commercial actions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and organized, with ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally abroad.
  • Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
