We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Athens. This is a fantastic opportunity for entry-level candidates to start their careers in a dynamic and multicultural environment, helping customers from the Norwegian-speaking market with their inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and general support.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate teams for further assistance.
- Accurately document customer interactions and track progress in the CRM system.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience.
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Norwegian; proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- No prior experience required – full training and support will be provided.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- A collaborative team player with a desire to learn and grow in the company.
