We are seeking recent graduates of Mechanical Engineering departments (School of Pedagogical and Technological Education/AEI/TEI/IEK) for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support

  • Provide technical expertise on products and equipment, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct system audits, equipment inspections, and train customers on safe product use.

Client Communication

  • Build long-term customer relationships and conduct regular on-site visits on clients facilities
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
  • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing customer needs and feedback
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications:

  • University/TEI/IEK Degree (technical / engineering discipline )
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Mechanical problem-solving experience is a great plus
  • Valid Driving License
