Assistant F&B Manager
The Role:
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Domes Resorts supports the day-to-day operations of the resort's food and beverage services, with a strong focus on operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive mindset to help improve service quality, and drive profitability while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Some of the responsibilities:
F&B Operational Oversight

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth service execution
• Act as the main point of contact for operational issues, troubleshooting problems in real-time
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to check on cleanliness, service preparedness, and staff efficiency

Guest Experience And Service Excellence

• Monitor service delivery, ensuring all team members follow established service standards
• Personally interact with guests during peak hours to gather feedback and address any concerns
• Support the team in handling special requests, dietary restrictions, and VIP service requirements

Food Safety Regulations and Standards

• Monitor daily adherence to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with all legal and company standards
• Assist in implementing corrective measures for safety or hygiene concerns

Team Management and Development

• Provide hands-on leadership and support to F&B teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Assist in training new hires, reinforcing service techniques and hospitality standards
• Conduct pre-service briefings with staff to ensure alignment on daily objectives and guest expectations
• Actively participate in coaching and motivating employees to maintain high morale and performance

Requirements
Useful to have:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, F&B, or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in a luxury hospitality environment
• Good knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and F&B procedures
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
