Job Description

EUROCERT is the first and only inspection, audit, and certification body, in Greece, that engages with railways. Our team, in the Railway Department, is constantly growing and currently in need of hiring a Civil Engineer.

Our ideal candidate is a creative engineer with management & communication skills, eager to learn, who will promote Eurocert's inspection and certification activities locally and on worldwide basis.

Objectives of this Role

• Perform railway related audits and inspections.
• Undertake continuous training as to stay up to date with new railway technologies
• Assess compliance to procedures, regulations, and standards
• Formulate high-quality reports.
• Check consistency and the relevance of design and verification evidence.
• Assist in proposal formulation and tendering activities.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the services offered in the railway sector
• Assist in the expansion of the railway department within Eurocert's Group subsidiaries

Skills and Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree obtained at least three years ago.
• Professional experience in railway projects, including both design studies and construction works.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) (C1 and above).
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fulfilled Military obligations.
• Valid driving license (B class and above).
• Work permit from the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
