Guest Relations Agent

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Guest Relations Agent to deliver exceptional, personalized service at our luxury five-star resort. You'll be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities


• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay with professionalism and warmth.


• Manage VIP and repeat guest experiences with attention to detail.


• Coordinate guest requests with all resort departments.


• Resolve issues quickly and discreetly to maintain high satisfaction.


• Update guest profiles, handle special amenities, and support front-office operations.

What We're Looking For


• 1–2+ years' experience in guest relations or front office in a luxury hotel/resort.


• Excellent communication and service skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.


• Professional appearance and strong teamwork.


• PMS experience (Opera preferred).


• Multilingual skills are necessary.
