Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer at SLBL in Piraeus. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal support, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and participating in client meetings. They will also assist in analyzing legal issues and ensuring compliance with regulations. Main Projects are Private/Company Dept Consolidation and Trademark Registration

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and legal research
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with legal document drafting and review
• Knowledge of Greek law and regulations is a plus
• Law degree from an accredited university
