Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple business areas (e.g., operations, logistics) which drive performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine KPI structures based on evolving business needs.
• Conduct independent, robust data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Leverage analytics to drive insightful decision-making.
• Proactively identify business hypotheses and opportunities through standalone analysis and initiative.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics in real time.
• Identify performance trends, inefficiencies, or deviations from targets — and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine KPI structures based on evolving business needs.
• Support quarterly and monthly business reviews with accurate, data-backed reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency, and help improve data flows and reporting automation.
• Maintain an understanding of market trends and industry developments to enhance analytical relevance.

What you need to be successful

• BSc in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a highly analytical related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on performance monitoring, insights generation, data science or business intelligence.
• Experience using SQL, Looker, Python (or similar BI tools) to acquire, manipulate and present create data visualizations and reports.
• Demonstrated experience conducting end-to-end analytical projects. Proven experience in geospatial data analysis. Data fluency and ability to connect the dots.
• Excellent data visualization skills, adept at simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of data querying & joining, statistical modelling and predictive analytics techniques & basic statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, variance, correlation).
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at multiple levels.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
