The Role
We are looking for a
Commercial Manager
to lead our company's commercial strategy, with a strong background in product and experience development. The ideal candidate will work closely with our
Operations
and
Product Development
teams to design and launch new travel concepts, strengthen partnerships, and expand our international market presence.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement the company's commercial strategy to increase sales and partnerships.
· Conduct market research and analyze the needs of B2B partners (tour operators, travel agencies, MICE clients).
· Collaborate with the Product Development team to create new travel experiences and themed products.
· Develop and manage strategic partnerships at an international level.
· Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and other commercial activities.
· Monitor KPIs and evaluate commercial performance.
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a commercial/sales role within a DMC, tour operator, or the travel industry.
· Proven experience in developing tourism products (tailor-made, themed, incentive, or luxury).
· Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
· Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
