Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Oinofyta for a Hr & Payroll Specialist. The HR & Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Tasks will include processing payroll, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee relations and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience with managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with HR software systems and payroll processing
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Oinofyta
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
