Marketing Assistant

one of the top-notch Greek industries of plastic conduits, with three distribution centers in Greece, five subsidiaries in Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Portugal and Romania as well as with a dynamic presence in more than 20 countries, wish to add to its team a Marketing Assistant, based in the Headquarters at VIO.PA. Tylissos, Heraklion Crete.

Marketing Assistant – Location: Tylissos, Heraklion, Crete

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage advertising campaigns and marketing materials (print collateral, corporate presentations, product samples, print & digital campaigns).
• Participate in the execution of marketing projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage digital content across company channels (website, social media accounts, video marketing).
• Provide support in the organization of trade fairs, presentations, and corporate events.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar marketing position.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (or a related field).
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; a second foreign language will be considered an asset.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Adobe Suite will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and SEO will be considered a plus.
