We are looking for 2X Independent working cook I at Soralicious Sushi in Enschede & Hengelo

As an independent working cook I at Soralicious Sushi in Enschede & Hengelo, you are responsible for preparing our dishes according to our quality standards. You ensure that all ingredients are prepared on time and correctly, and you apply the basic cooking techniques.

Tasks and responsibilities:

· Preparing ingredients independently

· Applying basic cooking techniques

· Providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, menu cards, and methods

· Responsible for stock and order management

· Technically supervising assistant(s)

Employment conditions & benefits:

· Market-based salary: between €2,450 – €2,960 gross per month (depending on skills)

Job requirements:

· MBO level 3 work and thinking level

· Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
