Γραμματεία Απογευματινής Βάρδιας (Part-time)


• Ωράριο: Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή, 17:00 – 10:00 - Σάββατο 9:30 - 15:30

Καθήκοντα:


• Υποδοχή επισκεπτών και διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου


• Διαχείριση email και καθημερινών αναγκών υποστήριξης


• Κάλυψη του front desk & first contact point

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:


• Επικοινωνιακή και φιλική προσέγγιση


• Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών


• Ευχέρεια στη χρήση υπολογιστή και γρήγορη δακτυλογράφηση


• Άνεση στη γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία
