About the Role

We are seeking a motivated 
Sales / Business Development Associate
 to identify new business opportunities across Greece and introduce prospective clients to our marketing services. You will research and qualify leads, establish first contact by email and phone, and nurture relationships that convert into long-term collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in hospitality, lifestyle and related sectors
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone and networking events
  • Present K&M Company's marketing solutions with clarity and confidence
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to tailor proposals

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 
    three years' experience
     in a sales-oriented or business development role, ideally within marketing, advertising, or hospitality services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English
  • Strong organisational abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Confidence in approaching decision-makers and building rapport
