Quality Control Assistant

We are looking for a Junior Quality Control Assistant to join our team at our production facility in Polydendri, Attica. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to begin a career in the food industry within a certified production environment (BRC, FSMA, Rainforest Alliance, Kosher, Halal).

Qualifications

• Graduate in Food Technology or Chemistry (or related field)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), data entry, and basic ERP use
• Very good written and spoken English for technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily checks including:
• Implementation of food safety and quality procedures (BRC, FSMA, Rainforest Alliance, Kosher, Halal)
• Good manufacturing and hygiene practices on the production floor
• Correct completion of quality system documents
• Inspections of semi-finished and finished products
• Inspect raw materials at reception and verify labeling accuracy
• Conduct organoleptic (sensory) evaluations and basic product analyses
• Keep Food Safety and Quality records updated
• Support internal audits and preparation for external certification audits
