Role Description

The
Fleet Analyst
plays a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance, operations, and financial efficiency of a fleet of yachts. This position supports the yacht management & operations teams by providing data-driven insights to improve yacht utilization, maintenance planning, budget adherence, and overall fleet performance.

Objectives of this role

  • Direct point of contact with Yacht Owners
  • Negotiation, Preparation & Management of Agreements & Contracts with Yacht Owners
  • Preparation of Cash Flow & P&L Estimations
  • Monitoring of monthly & annual yachts' statements of accounts
  • Yacht Operational Expenses budget monitoring
  • Review & comment on monthly P&L expenses - assist in reforecasting
  • Financial & Condition reporting to yacht owners
  • Day-to-day yacht operations monitoring
  • Work closely with charter Base Managers, Operations, Chartering & Accounting Teams to ensure the proper maintenance & readiness of all yachts for charters

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Maritime Studies, Economics or relevant field
  • Master's degree on the aforementioned fields shall be considered a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (both oral and written skills)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel
  • Highly-motivated, detail-oriented individual with multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work efficiently & effectively within a dynamic environment, both individually and as part of a team
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Learning agility and business acumen

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience of 1-3 years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in relevant software
