We leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate the analysis of biological data, driving innovation in life sciences, nutrition, pet care, and healthcare. At the heart of our success are our people—strategic thinkers, problem solvers, and innovators—who collaborate with Fortune 100 organizations and startups alike to deliver impactful solutions.
Role Description:
We are dedicated to empowering our clients to unleash the power of their data and are currently seeking an entry to mid level Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Athens or Thessaloniki, full-time. This role will focus on developing AI-powered and data-driven solutions for applications in Food, Nutrition, and Health.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering product requirements, discussing and understanding the solutions and orchestrating the delivery of the right features and capabilities.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting and taking ownership of product features, understanding deeply how to maximize impact and product-market fit, and translate that into practice.
- Delivering assigned product features or projects on time and in scope, ensuring they meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Maintaining an organized Jira backlog, keeping priorities, statuses, and ticket quality up to date weekly.
- Writing clear and complete product tickets, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting materials.
- Coordinating with design, engineering, and science teams to remove blockers and ensure smooth progress of work.
- Collecting and summarizing user and client feedback, turning it into actionable recommendations for product improvement.
- Monitoring basic product performance metrics (e.g., usage, adoption, feedback trends) and reporting insights consistently.
- Supporting product documentation — ensuring internal pages and release notes are accurate and up to date.
- Participating actively in Agile ceremonies, providing updates, and contributing to sprint planning.
- Preparing and delivering product demos or presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients when assigned.
What your daily life will look like:
- Collaborate with clients, designers, engineers, and scientists to turn ideas into well-defined product features and improvements.
- Write and refine product tickets, ensuring they clearly capture requirements and user needs.
- Participate in team discussions and Agile ceremonies, helping plan work and share progress.
- Review feedback, analytics, and user behavior to uncover opportunities for better usability and engagement.
- Keep product documentation, dashboards, and release notes organized and up to date.
- Support product demos, client sessions, or internal presentations by preparing clear materials and insights.
What background we are looking for:
- MS/BS degree in Business, Computer/Data Science, or a related field. Background in AI, software engineering, bioinformatics, or food & nutrition science is preferred.
- Some experience in Product Management or a similar software-focused role, with a solid technical understanding of web technologies and development. Experience in project management is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, especially when writing clear and accurate tickets.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver on time.
- Proven experience working in agile environments, ideally with Kanban. Experience working with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Fast learning ability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and client communication effectively.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
What is it like to work with us:
DEUS EX MACHINA will provide you with resources and advanced tools necessary to deliver best-in-class results for our clients, in a workplace that inspires collaboration and creativity. Our people are the most important asset and we always strive to provide them with a good working-life balance. What to expect working at DEUS:
