Η Flexidea παρέχει ολοκληρωμένες υπηρεσίες στελέχωσης και διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού για τον κλάδο της φιλοξενίας και συναφείς κλάδους. Εξειδικευόμαστε σε νόμιμες μετακλήσεις εργαζομένων από τρίτες χώρες και στη διαχείριση της καθημερινής τους ένταξης σε ελληνικές επιχειρήσεις.

Ρόλος

Αναζητούμε Customer Handling & Sales Associate που θα λειτουργεί ως ο βασικός σύνδεσμος μεταξύ πελατών (ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες, F&B, facility management) και της εσωτερικής μας ομάδας. Ο/Η κάτοχος του ρόλου θα διαχειρίζεται αιτήματα πελατών, θα αναπτύσσει νέες ευκαιρίες πώλησης και θα εξασφαλίζει άριστη εμπειρία πελάτη σε όλα τα στάδια συνεργασίας.

Καθήκοντα


•    Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων αιτημάτων και καθημερινή επικοινωνία με πελάτες.


•    Διερεύνηση αναγκών, παρουσίαση λύσεων και προτάσεων στελέχωσης/εκπαίδευσης (AHLEI, Welcome Global, κ.λπ.).


•    Παρακολούθηση pipeline & στόχων πωλήσεων, προετοιμασία προσφορών/συμβάσεων.


•    Διαχείριση παραπόνων/κλιμακώσεων με επαγγελματισμό και ταχύτητα.


•    Χρήση CRM για ενημέρωση επαφών, ενεργειών και reports.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου/ας


•    Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη εμπειρίας σε ρόλους Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών ή/και Πωλήσεων (B2B επιθυμητό).


•    Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά (προφορικά & γραπτά).


•    Εξοικείωση με CRM/ERP, MS Office/Google Workspace.


•    Ικανότητα προτεραιοποίησης, συνέπεια σε προθεσμίες, προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα.


•    Ομαδικό πνεύμα, επαγγελματισμός και ηθική εξυπηρέτησης.

Θα εκτιμηθούν:


•    Εμπειρία σε Hospitality, HR services, staffing ή εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα (AHLEI).


•    Γνώση επιπλέον γλωσσών (π.χ. Φιλιππινέζικα/Tagalog, Ισπανικά, Αραβικά κ.ά.).
