Position Overview
We are seeking for a
Senior Branch Banking Officer
to join our Branch in Kefalonia island, within our Retail network.

By joining this role, you'll be part of the Branch network and you will be responsible for the adherence of the procedures and policies as well as the development of existing customers and the establishment of mutually beneficial relationships with new ones.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be:

• Satisfy customer inquiries ensuring a high level of service.
• Investigate and offer solutions to customer needs with a focus on their development.
• Collaborate and support the Branch Officers.
• Monitor and control compliance with the procedures and policies applied in the branch.
• Control the Cashiers, ATMs, APS, to ensure the reconciliation of cash / documents and manage the Central Cashier.

You Will Be a Great Candidate If You

• Have at least 8 years of work experience in a Banking Institution, of which 5 in the Branch Network.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance/ business administration. A postgraduate degree will be considered an additional advantage.
• Holding Institutional Certifications will be highly appreciated.
• Are Proficient in computer operations (MS Office) and familiar with digital communication channels.
• Are fluent in English language.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, by building mutually beneficial relationships when collaborating with clients or colleagues and developing new solutions while minimizing complexity.
