- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing support in Estonian for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open cases.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless and effective solutions for customers.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Estonian (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Customer support experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
